These Terms and Conditions apply to your access to and use of PH62 services. Eligibility and Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals
Use only the payment options displayed as available in your PH62 member centre. Deposit limits and payment availability may vary and can be updated from time to time. Deposits are handled in PHP or the applicable PHP equivalent, and balances are normally updated within five minutes, although processing times can vary. Using the service to support money laundering or unlawful transfers is strictly prohibited and may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Threatening or harassing other users, disrupting platform operations, deliberately exploiting system weaknesses or taking advantage of technical errors is also not permitted. A breach of these rules may lead to account closure, cancellation of related balances and further action where required by law.
Limits of Liability
PH62 provides gaming content for entertainment, and participation involves financial risk. We are not responsible for losses caused by a player’s decisions, interruptions to an internet connection, device problems or other events outside our reasonable control. Account Closure and Suspension

Before closure, any remaining eligible balance may be requested for withdrawal, provided that all applicable wagering conditions have been completed and no active bonus restriction applies.
